the first, and largest of all the meadows is the butterfly meadow. this meadow touches the shores of tempest beach. named because of the hundreds of butterflies and wildflowers that live here, the meadow is a peaceful haven for those of gentle nature. be wary, however, lone foals and mares are at risk of both attack and theft while unprotected in these meadows.
